  1. Their most recent filings are from July 2010. A lot can happen in six months – why haven't they filed their 10-K yet?

  2. Last year, they filed their 10-k Jan. 27…. I'm sure the 10-k will be out by the end of the month- While I wish we had some more info, that's often a risk with these super micro companies that you have to get comfy with
