In my previous post on Lakeland (LAKE), I asked where all those shares they purchased came from. Today, we got our first answer- looks like John Joseph Collins, a director since 1986, unloaded basically all of his shares, which explains Ansell’s smaller block purchase. I do think it raises some interesting questions, given that a director sold his shares at an above market price in a private transaction, and probably signals Collins is getting ready to retire from the board. Still wondering where the bigger block came from… Just wanted to update everyone!
